The hotel was quiet and the room was quite spacious by European standards. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Lack of ironing board and iron in the room - it's inconvenient having to ask for an iron and wait around for it to be delivered.

I had a fabulous stay, especially loving the spacious room with a comfy bed and the delicious BBQ pizza from the restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel. cleanliness.
The car parking charges, an additional £10.00 per night, makes the hotel pricing expensive, Breakfast is self service, the food is on hot plates and is not very hot, on both mornings the plates were cold although, there was a plate warmer which either was not switch on, or switched on earlier enough, warm food served on cold plates makes for a very unpleasent meal. I will not be staying there again!

Cleanliness everywhere and very good breakfast.
Check in. James couldn't find reservation. Then did after 10 mins. Then said we hadn't been charged. I had to bring up bank statement on phone. Still didn't apologise or admit he was wrong. Check in took 20 mins!

Appreciated our standard twin room with a beautifully comfortable bed, fresh towels provided daily, for example. Everything was very good, including varied and warm breakfast for vegetarians. Very attentive and well-mannered staff; was willing to help.

would be happy to recommend for a weekend outing
Clean room, friendly staff, including plenty of hot water and a nice electric kettle for morning coffee while I enjoyed the close proximity to excellent attractions like the Barbican.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.
